At People in Focus we ensure that the advice we give is, above all, practical. We can guide you through the various steps in any HR issue you are managing, and our dedicated Consultants will support you all the way. We will not impose anything on you that you don’t need, offering practical solutions to any issue.
A personal service
We do not operate a call centre, and we aim to get to know you personally as an employer, so that we can better understand your HR needs and offer individual and targeted support. We can visit you at your premises, and you can call us whenever you need to, and speak to the same person.

As a retained client, you can relax knowing that whatever people-issues crop up in your organisation, you can call us to talk them through. An up-front fee at the beginning of the year gives you access to our Consultants at any time. It’s like having an HR Director on your staff, but at a fraction of the cost.
